Caden was a four-year varsity player who helped lead his teams to two state championships, one for his club team Eastside Timbers and the other for his High School Team, Franklin Lighting. He was honored to receive the most awards of any player on his high school team each year from Sophomore year through Senior year, and to be voted by fellow teammates to receive the Franklin Lightning MVP Award several times. He was also named First Team All-city and All-state during those years. He served as Team Captain of his club team and for his high school team for Junior and Senior year.
